The simple place had good service for the price paid. the fantastic location was very close to the main square and nearby bus stops.

It was based in very well maintained building in a good and absolutely perfect location, to the center of Toledo. Thanks to the amiable staff everything was good, including plenty of reasonably priced food.

the breakfast in cafeteria very good, cheap and fast in the service, but we did not take it included, but for 2 euros you had toast coffee with milk and juice. the restaurant is very good in terms of quality/price ratio, we had dinner 2 nights and we ended up very satisfied. the location, very good. you forget the car as soon as you arrive and walk around Toledo, which is a pleasure. the parking of the hotel, cheap, but you have to take a small car, being quite difficult the exit by the streets. the stay was pleasant. the staff that assisted us, charming, giving you all the facilities. the room, correct, gave to a small patio, with light and without noises,. very simple, but good relation quality/price.

My partner and I spent the Carnival weekend at this cozy hotel. We liked it for its good location and friendliness of the staff. Even though when I booked they only had a room with single beds, I asked for a double bed and they granted it. It's true that the room faced an inner courtyard, had no view and you could hear a little noise from the heating, it was nice of them to grant my request. bed was great and room was very tidy and clean. bathroom may need some work, for a weekend it's fine, reception was great, day we left they allowed us to leave our bags in the room until the afternoon, even though we had to leave the room at 12 a. m. They have a good cafeteria service upstairs too, with a wide variety of products and a very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel for a weekend in this beautiful city, great value for money.

The location here is top-notch and so convenient! 🌟 Plus, there's public parking really close by. It's super easy to stroll over to the city center too, it's just a quick walk from here.

It was a family room, with 4 beds placed in pairs, and they didn't see each other, because the room is L-shaped. Also, it had two bathrooms in the room which worked out very well for us. The air conditioning (which we had to use because it was so hot) was adjustable and very quiet. There was a breakfast option in the cafeteria that for about 3 euros you could get coffee or tea and toast, pretty good. For one more eruo, natural juice. The extraordinary location, a few minutes walk from Plaza Zocodover (the central square of Toledo's old town) and very close to a great parking lot, which with the hotel discount was 14 euros all day. You could stop at the door of the hotel for quick loading and unloading.

The room was ground floor, quite dark and there was only a little table to read, write or whatever. This wasn't much of a problem either because we only wanted the room for one night, as it was a stop en route to see Toledo. In the comments it said that the rooms were very noisy and it was true, but fortunately we didn't have any noisy neighbours.

experience at the reception was exceptional. lady who attended to us was very kind and attentive, willing to help us. Before the chek-in we called her by phone and she gave us a perfect solution and very good explanations about the three parking options, in the hotel itself and in a nearby parking lot (both very good prices and second one arranged with the hotel), free municipal parking lot every day, downstairs but with access to the proximity of the hotel, through escalators. Many gel/shampoo sachets and soaps. Abundant hot water. views from our room are spectacular and location is good. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant with good prices in menu and economic menu, in front there are two souvenir shops.

The double bed is very comfortable but I recommend the hotel manager to replace it with a longer one because it is a bit short for guests who are taller than 1.74 centimeters. The room is fine, and allows for a larger bed. Whoever likes to watch TV will find it small, but enough.
